We are actively looking for new trustees to join our board, known under our Royal Charter as the Court of Assistants. This is an exciting time, as we relaunched our charity in March 2019 with a bold and inclusive new brand and an ambitious four-year strategy aimed at making our grant-making more focused and doubling the number of clergy families which we help.

Having conducted a review of the board's current skills and expertise, we are looking for people with experience in the areas of investment; finance, audit and risk; social work and social policy; and welfare and benefits.

We are seeking people who are proven leaders within their field, who have strategic acumen and the ability to see the bigger picture. They will need to be excellent communicators with highly effective interpersonal and influencing skills, sound and independent judgement, and the ability to think creatively.

Candidates will need to share our deep commitment to the wellbeing of Anglican clergy families, without necessarily being Anglican themselves. If you are interested in becoming a trustee, please visit the website of our search advisers StarfishSearch or contact Juliet Taylor on Juliet.Taylor@starfishsearch.com.
