Counselling is available for those experiencing a range of difficulties such as:
- Anxiety & depression
- Separation
- Other family relationship issues
- Bereavement
- Post-traumatic stress
- Pastoral issues
- Bullying or dealing with difficult relationships
The counselling sessions, funded by Clergy Support Trust, are confidential, independent and is not means-tested.

FAQs
Who is eligible?
Counselling is available for clergy (training, serving and retired), their partners (including divorced and separated) and in some circumstances their adult children aged 18-25
How many sessions do you fund?
We can fund up to 6 sessions, so long as you meet our Health Grant criteria.
Can I continue after the funded sessions?
Yes, but you will need to arrange this directly with JR corporate health, including payment of the fees
Will anyone know I am receiving therapy?
All sessions through JR Corporate Health are completely confidential, we will not inform anyone that you are receiving therapy
What if I would like to work with a different counsellor?
If you are eligible for a health grant, we may still be able to fund up to 6 sessions with a counsellor of your choice. Please visit our resources below to ensure you are equipped to find a suitable counsellor.
