We are a grant-making charity supporting Anglican clergy and their families. Ours is a small, friendly team of 10 with a new brand, website and strategy, with the aim of reaching more Anglican clergy families in need of our support. This role is part of our ambitious plans to improve the Trust's brand recognition among potential beneficiaries.

We are looking for a dynamic forward-thinking external relations professional who is highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude and who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the charity.

Experience of delivering and implementing effective marketing, communications and external engagement strategies to agreed budgets is essential. Candidates will also need to demonstrate good client service skills and IT literacy. Knowledge of the Church of England and the challenges facing those in ordained ministry would be an advantage. Candidates will need to demonstrate sympathy with our Christian ethos, without necessarily being practising Christians.

We offer an attractive package, including non-contributory pension equal to 10% of gross annual salary, 35-hour week, and flexi-time policy.
