We are a grant-making charity supporting Anglican clergy and their families and are looking to expand our small team with the appointment of an additional full-time grants officer. You'll be based in our pleasant office near Westminster Abbey and report directly to our Director of Charitable Services.

This is an exciting time to be joining us us. Ours is a small friendly office with just eight staff, but the charity is definitely going places. We recently re-launched the charity with a new brand, website and a fresh four-year strategy to 2022, with the aim of reaching more Anglican clergy families in need of our support.

We are looking for a strong team player with excellent attention to detail who is highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude and who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the charity. Experience of working in a grant-making role or knowledge of the occupational benevolence sector are essential. Candidates will also need to demonstrate good client service skills and IT literacy. Knowledge of the Church of England and the challenges facing those in ordained ministry would be an advantage. Candidates will need to demonstrate sympathy with our Christian ethos, without necessarily being practising Christians.

We offer an attractive package, including non-contributory pension equal to 10% of gross annual salary, 35-hour week and flexi-time policy.
