We are a grant-making charity supporting Anglican clergy and their families. Ours is a small, friendly team of 11 with the aim of reaching more Anglican clergy families in need of our support. This role is part of our ambitious plans where understanding our data and its insights will help to shape future programs.
We are looking for an inquisitive and analytical data professional with creative flair who can identify trends, summarise and develop actionable insights that will contribute to the overall success of the charity. This role is pivotal to developing Clergy Support Trust's new strategy from 2022 onwards.
Experience with large volumes of data, knowledge of databases and the ability to identify trends and convert them into practical solutions and recommendations is essential. Candidates will also need to demonstrate good client service skills and IT literacy. Candidates will need to demonstrate sympathy with our Christian ethos, without necessarily being practising Christians.
We offer an attractive package, including non-contributory pension equal to 10% of gross annual salary, 35-hour week, and flexi-time policy.
